WHAT TIME DO THE SALES START?
Each sale will run from Friday, 10:00 AM CDT to Saturday, 10:00 AM CDT! If you wake up early on Saturday morning and start kicking yourself for missing a sale, you can breathe a big sigh of relief because of the grace period! And if you live in a different time zone, make sure to account for the time change so you don’t miss out. Our sales go strictly by Central time!
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME FRAME?
Orders that contain sale items will take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders containing only regular priced items will ship from our warehouse within 3-7 Business Days of the date the order was placed. This does not include transit time with the carrier.
HOW CAN I GET EARLY ACCESS?
If you’re an avid Kyte fan and familiar with our Rewards system, you may have already reached the Silver, Gold or Platinum tier in your membership. If so, we’ve got great news for you: you get early access to the sales! You will be emailed a code that will allow you to enter the sale at 9:00 AM CDT, which means you get first pick and don’t have to worry as much about sizes or products selling out!
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE SILVER, GOLD, OR PLATINUM STATUS?
Once you spend $350, you will automatically be entered into the Silver tier. The Gold tier starts at $750, and the Platinum tier starts at $2,500. To reach Silver, Gold or Platinum tier before a sale, you will need to reach those spend minimums and have your order marked as fulfilled to have the necessary points to reach the tier. As soon as you enter Silver, Gold, or Platinum status, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it.
If you shop at Kyte Baby, but have never actually made an account, you may be surprised to learn that you have still accrued points every time you have made an order. To redeem these points, simply make an account with the email associated with your orders. There’s a chance you may have unlocked Silver tier without even having realized it!
CAN I USE MY REWARDS POINTS FOR THE SALES?
Unfortunately, we do not allow discount codes to be stacked on our website. Since only one code can be applied at a time, you will not be able to use both the rewards code and the sale discount code.
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
No, once an order is placed you may cancel your order, but we are unable to accommodate order combining requests at this time. Each order must meet the minimum shipping threshold to ship for free, and orders where shipping was paid will not be reimbursed even if subsequent orders are placed.
ARE SALE ORDERS FINAL SALE?
No, items purchased during our Black Friday sales will be eligible for returns/exchanges. To request a return label, enter your order information in the form on our returns page.
CAN I USE AFTERPAY?
Yes. Please note that when using Afterpay, there is a higher risk of your items overselling.
WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 interest-free installments (due every two weeks). You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase and the remainder over time.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT RETROACTIVELY APPLIED?
No, discounts will not be retroactively applied. The discount received will be the discount active at the time of purchase only. Items placed before or after that time period will not be valid for a different discounted price.
