It’s no secret that America’s national parks are incredibly popular. Just last year, more than 430 national parks across the country drew over 331 million visits from people all around the world. In an ever-changing world where it’s easy to become disconnected from what matters most, these protected public lands allow us to experience nature in all its grandeur. Soaring mountain ranges, cave systems that stretch hundreds of miles, superheated rainbow hot springs, and more are all part of the breathtaking allure that the parks have to offer.
Despite being cherished places that boast some of the most beautiful scenery on Earth, the national parks need our support to ensure they can continue to inspire wonder for generations to come. Protecting all that we love about the parks—plants and animals, rivers and lakes, glaciers, historic structures, and more – is a shared responsibility that takes strong partnerships, collaborations, and commitment.
That’s why we partnered with the National Park Foundation (NPF), the official non-profit partner of the National Park Service (NPS), to create an officially licensed limited-edition collection of prints that not only raises awareness of the parks but also raises funding for vital maintenance and preservation of our natural and cultural heritage.
Why Do the National Parks Matter?
In 1872, Congress established the country’s first national park, Yellowstone National Park, to preserve its natural wonders in perpetuity for the enjoyment of the public.153 years later, people travel from all over the world to enjoy the unique hydrothermal and geologic features that the park has to offer. Within its 2.2 million acres, visitors can observe wildlife in an intact ecosystem, explore almost half of the world’s active geysers, and view geologic wonders.
Today, there are more than 430 national parks in the United States. These public lands are preserved for the enjoyment, education, and inspiration of this and future generations and represent some of the most biodiverse and stunning landscapes in the country. Although the parks draw hundreds of millions of visitors per year, they’re far more than just vacation destinations. They’re living ecosystems that support thousands of plant and animal species, including many that are endangered.
Why Do the National Parks Need Our Help?
America's national parks are home to stunning landscapes, iconic wildlife, and historically and culturally significant sites. Collectively, they represent our shared heritage and uniquely American legacy, which is ours now to protect and pass along to the next generation to experience, learn from, and become inspired by these treasured places. The National Park Foundation is a leader and a catalyst in safeguarding America's national parks and with the continued support of individuals, park partners and other organizations, we can ensure they continue to thrive now and into the future.
What is the National Park Foundation?
The National Park Foundation (NPF) is the official nonprofit partner of the National Park Service (NPS). Over the past 60 years, working closely with NPS leadership has allowed NPF to have a meaningful and direct impact in parks. NPF works to inspire all people to connect with and protect America’s national parks through private support and strategic partnerships. NPF relies on partners, like Kyte Baby, to preserve the stories of America, protect threatened wildlife and land, enhance the visitor experience, and inspire the next generation of park stewards.
Why is Kyte Baby Partnering with the National Park Foundation?
As a brand deeply inspired by the outdoors, even the Kyte Baby name is meant to evoke a feeling of childhood nostalgia—the innocence, freedom, and fun of returning to nature. Our collections are designed in a way that allows our audience to experience the beauty of the outdoors, using colors and prints to tell the stories of these places. The story of our National Parks Collection is told in two parts: Yellowstone + Yosemite (launching May 29) and Under the Stars + Road Trip (launching soon).
Yellowstone pays homage to the best of Yellowstone National Park, depicting the Old Faithful Geyser erupting, a dark brown American bison, three lodgepole pines, and the colorful Grand Prismatic Spring, over a pale turquoise background color named Dew.

Yosemite features the great sights of Yosemite National Park: Half Dome surrounded by pine trees; El Capitan bathed in sunlight and surrounded by pine trees; a grizzly bear, and a giant sequoia, over a light periwinkle blue named Mist.

Under the Stars is a dreamy print that depicts the experience of camping underneath a starry sky. It features: a telescope viewing a cluster of stars; a s’more next to two marshmallows on a stick; a cluster of tall trees under a waning crescent moon; an orange camping tent; and an orange camper trailer over a black background.
Road Trip takes you on a journey through America’s most treasured places, depicting an all-over road map with: cacti; pine trees; a directional sign post that reads, “Lake,” “Camping,” and “Trails”; brown 4x4 cars driving on forked roads that lead to El Capitan in Yosemite National Park, Delicate Arch in Arches National Park, Skull Rock and Joshua trees in Joshua Tree National Park, Grand Teton in Grand Teton National Park, Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park, and the Grand Canyon in Grand Canyon National Park, over a white background.
