How do I know which TOG I need?

Select your TOG based on your nursery or room temperature, not the outdoor temperature. Choose 0.5 TOG for rooms between 74ºF and 78ºF, 1.0 TOG between 69ºF and 73ºF, and 2.5 TOG between 61ºF and 68ºF.

Is it OK to size up in an infant sleep bag?

No. For safe sleep, your baby should wear the appropriate size infant sleep sack. The sleep bag should fit snugly, but not too tightly, around your baby’s torso to ensure it does not ride up near their face.

Are infant sleep sacks safe for hip development?
