At Kyte Baby, we’re passionate about creating thoughtful, high-quality products for families—and delivering a seamless, beautiful online experience to match. We’re looking for a part-time E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant to help bring our digital storefront to life. This role is perfect for someone who is both detail-oriented and creatively minded, with a strong appreciation for customer experience and brand presentation. This is a hybrid position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with in-office collaboration required on Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and site merchandising updates
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing product listings across Shopify and third-party platforms (including Amazon)
• Make updates directly within our E-Commerce Merchandiser to keep the online experience fresh and accurate
• Partner on search & discovery improvements (including tools like Okendo and similar platforms)
• Review product pages, images, and listings through the lens of our customer—helping us elevate UX and overall site experience
• Use Google Sheets to help track merchandising updates, product data, and project details
• Jump in on special projects that support our growing business

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Shopify (or a similar e-commerce platform)
• Comfort working in Google Sheets / Excel
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other third-party selling platforms
• A strong eye for detail and a natural instinct for visual merchandising and user experience
• Someone who is organized, proactive, and collaborative
• A genuine interest in e-commerce and building a meaningful customer experience

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
• Hybrid role with required in-office Thursdays (DFW area)
• Must be available during weekday mornings and early afternoons
• We’re open to flexible scheduling based on the right fit
• Occasional weekend availability is required during launches or key promotions
