Recall

At Kyte Baby, we have dedicated our company to helping babies and families over the past decade, and we will always strive to give our customers the best experience and best products. Health and safety are our biggest priorities, not only because we deeply care about the quality of our products, but also because our children–and yours–are the ones who wear them.

We were recently made aware of an issue with our Slumber Suits produced between November 2022 and March 2024. The recalled slumber suits violate federal flammability regulations for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children. Since they do not contain flame retardants, federal regulations require sleepwear to be tight-fitting for safety.

While we are happy to report that no injuries have been reported, we are taking precautionary measures and working closely with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to recall these items.

The Slumber Suit(s) you purchased should stop being used immediately. 

To receive store credit and destroy your item, please contact us directly at hi@kytebaby.com with the following information:

  • Full name of the original purchaser
  • Email address associated with the order
  • Order number
  • Three mandatory photographs:

1. A clear photo of the size label located at the neck of the product

2. A photo of the batch ID tag found at the interior seam (in MM/YYYY format).

3. A photo demonstrating the item has been rendered irreparable, following the guidelines provided in the photo example below (cut fabric along zipper seams and across the middle waist).

To receive a refund and to return your item, please contact us directly at hi@kytebaby.com with the following information:

  • Full name of the original purchaser
  • Email address associated with the order
  • Order number
  • Mailing address
  • Photo of batch ID tag found at the interior seam (in MM/YYYY format)

Once your information has been reviewed and processed, you will receive your store credit via email. If you opt for a refund, you will receive a check in the mail. This process may take up to 8 weeks once we have received the product.
