Clearance Sale Details
Our Clearance Sale starts Friday 1/10 (10 am CST) and ends Monday 1/13 (11:59 pm CST).
Please note, our website will be locked for three hours prior to launch.
Friday 1/10 - Monday 1/13, the Clearance Section will be live (up to 50% off select styles).

*Certain colors/prints/sizes will have very limited inventory. Not all sizes will be available within each style. Once an item is sold out, it will be automatically taken off the website and become unsearchable.
There will be no early access for rewards members. Kyte Club members will receive 30 minutes early access.
You may use our app to shop the clearance sale. However, if you experience any issues, please defer to our website immediately.
There are no scheduled restocks during the sale. If orders are canceled, inventory may reload to the website. The majority of clearance sale items will be loaded to the site on 1/10, with a smaller second drop of inventory on Sunday, 1/12.
No. We will not have quantity limitations on any of our clearance items.
The clearance section will not go live until 10 am CT on 1/10, so you will be unable to preload your cart with clearance sale items. We cannot guarantee your cart will remain loaded throughout the sale.
Unfortunately, Shopify does not hold items in your cart. We are unable to guarantee that an item added to your cart will not go out of stock prior to checkout.

Please note that with the extended fulfillment time frame, if your little one is on the verge of sizing up, we recommend proceeding with the next size, as clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Due to high order volume, the gift wrap, gift message, and gift receipt options are removed during large sales to allow us to get all orders fulfilled as efficiently as possible.
Clearance Sale Order
Due to high order volume, you may have a delay in receiving your order confirmation email or seeing your order in your Order History after logging in to your Kyte Baby account. Please allow up to 1 hour to receive the email confirming your order before reaching out to customer service.
If you need to edit your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible and include the correct address within your email inquiry. We do our best to honor these requests, but it is not always possible with the high volume of emails we receive. Should an order be returned to our warehouse, it will be automatically refunded.
*Please note, we cannot edit a shipping address to a different state than the state listed at checkout.
All orders placed during the clearance sale from the clearance section are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
You cannot cancel your order once an order is placed. Your order will be considered FINAL SALE and will no longer be able to be canceled or edited. We strongly encourage you to review the order details before submitting payment.
We are unable to combine orders. Since orders cannot be combined and will ship separately, additional shipping costs cannot be refunded on multiple orders.
Clearance Sale Shipping
Kyte Baby will be offering free shipping for:
US orders over $150 USD
Canada orders over $200 USD
International orders over $500 USD
Sale orders may take up to 4 weeks to be processed/fulfilled. Once orders are in possession of the postal service, we cannot control delivery times.
Orders containing regular items will ship within 5-7 business days.
Should your order contain both regular and sale product the order will be split into two shipments. Regular items will be shipped within 5-7 business days and sale items will be subject to the 4 week fulfillment period.
Please note, orders containing sale and regular price items may result in multiple shipping fees if your order does not meet the minimum free shipping threshold.
Priority shipping will not be available during the clearance sale.
If your order contains both clearance and regular-priced items, it will become a split order and your regular-priced item(s) will ship within our 5-7 business day fulfillment window. Your remaining clearance sale item(s) will follow the up to 4-week fulfillment timeline.

Discounts, Afterpay + Rewards
No, discounts will not be retroactively applied. Items placed before or after that time period will not be eligible for the discounted price.
Discount codes, shop credits, and rewards vouchers cannot be combined. However, you may use one of these options towards your order.
The clearance section will not require a discount code from 1/10 - 1/13, so you may use credits/rewards during that time.
We are not able to apply rewards to your order retroactively. Please make sure the desired discount is applied prior to payment.
Yes, you may use a discount code and a gift card at checkout.
Yes. Please note that when using Afterpay, there is a higher risk of your items overselling.
Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 interest-free installments (due every two weeks). You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase and the remainder over time.
Unfortunately, no. Please make sure you are signed in to the account you want the rewards points to be associated with, as well as ensure any third-party payment accounts email you are planning to utilize is the same as your rewards email, as we are not able to honor requests to alter the points/purchases made with the incorrect email.
