About Kyte Baby: Kyte Baby is a fast-growing, premium direct-to-consumer brand specializing in high-quality baby clothes and accessories. With over 1 million followers across social media platforms, our products are loved by parents everywhere and sold through top retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Target, and numerous specialty boutiques in North America and the UK. This is a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the creative and marketing fields while working with a well-established brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Creative Manager with day-to-day tasks related to content creation and marketing projects.
  • Organize and archive digital files post-photoshoot, ensuring all assets are correctly labeled and stored.
  • Assisting at photo shoots, working closely with the Studio Coordinator to ensure smooth execution. Checking our shot list with our files received post-photoshoot.
  • Audit and review processed images and videos for color accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Provide support on additional creative and marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Basic photography experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for creative work and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Graphic Design Assistant to support our creative team in bringing our designs to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about design production.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production and formatting of digital and print assets, including packaging, labels, marketing materials, and website graphics.
  • Prepare and finalize production files for manufacturers, ensuring accuracy in specifications, colors, and formats.
  • Assist in creating design assets for campaigns, social media, website content, packaging assets and more.
  • Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project files for efficiency.
  • Resize, edit, and adapt artwork to fit different mediums and applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and production techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a production or graphic design role preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of file preparation for print and digital, including color profiles, resolution, and vector/raster formats.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and ensure files meet production requirements.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with designers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in textile or apparel design production.
