What are the deals?
Friday 7/22 - Saturday 7/23 the Clearance Section will be live (up to 40% off select styles).
Adult Blankets will be uploaded on Saturday 7/23 (10am CDT).
Which colors will be in the clearance section?
Multi Hearts, Silver Hearts, Small Leopard, Clementine, Dahlia, Nutmeg, Baltic, Aloe, Mushroom, Olive, Fern, Daffodil, Hop, Irish, Canadian, Marine, Jungle, Persimmon, Fig and more.
*Certain colors/prints/sizes will have very limited inventory. Not all sizes will be available within each style. Once an item is sold out, it will be automatically taken off the website and become unsearchable.
Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?
Due to high order volume, you may have a delay in receiving your order confirmation email or seeing your order in your Order History. Please allow up to 1 hour to receive the email confirming your order before reaching out to customer service.
Is there early access for rewards members? How do I receive early access?
There will be no early access for the July Clearance Sale.
Do you offer free shipping? If not, how much is it?
Kyte BABY will not be offering free shipping for the July clearance sale.
Standard Shipping Rates:
$7.50 USD for US orders
$15 USD for Canadian orders

How long will it take for my order to ship/arrive?
Sale orders may take up to 4 weeks to be processed/fulfilled. Once orders are in possession of the postal service, we cannot control delivery times.
Priority shipping will not be available for clearance orders.
Non clearance sale orders (orders containing only regular price items) will continue to ship in 3-5 business days. Should there be a delay in your non clearance sale order, please email email@example.com.
If my order contains regular priced and clearance sale items, is it considered a sale order?
Yes. If your order contained even one clearance sale item, it will be considered a sale order and subject to extended fulfillment times.
Can I use the Kyte BABY app during the clearance sale?
You may use our app to shop the clearance sale. However, if you experience any issues, please defer to our website immediately.
Will items restock during the sale?
There are no scheduled restocks during the sale. If orders are canceled, it is possible that inventory will reload to the website.
Can I get a discount retroactively applied?
No, discounts will not be retroactively applied. The discount received will be the discount active at the time of purchase only. Items placed before or after that time period will not be valid for a different discounted price.
Are there quantity limitations on any items?
There is a limit of 1 blanket per order per variant. For example, you may order a Baltic and a Dahlia Toddler blanket, but you may not order 3 Baltic Toddler blankets. You may order a Mushroom Baby blanket and Aloe Toddler blanket, but not 2 Mushroom Baby blankets.
Orders surpassing these quantity limitations are subject to cancellation.
Can I preload my cart?
The clearance section will not go live until 10am CDT 7/22. We cannot guarantee your cart will remain loaded throughout the sale. Typically, as long as you use the same browser that you loaded your cart with, you are able to do this for easy checkout after the sale is live.
Will my items be held in my cart while I shop?
Unfortunately, Shopify does not hold items in your cart. We are unable to guarantee that an item added to your cart will not go out of stock prior to checkout.
Can I edit my order? Can I combine multiple orders?
Once an order is placed, you will only have the option to cancel your order. You will have the option to cancel your order on Friday 7/22 and within 72 hours of your purchase. The order edit/cancel function will be disabled in the first few hours on Friday due to extremely high traffic.
Please note that if you choose to use this function, your entire order will be canceled and items in your original order may immediately become unavailable for you to add.
We are unable to combine orders. Since orders cannot be combined and will ship separately, additional shipping costs cannot be refunded on multiple orders.
What if I put the wrong address at checkout?
If you need to edit your shipping address, please email us ASAP and include the correct address within your email inquiry. We do our best to honor these requests, but it is not always possible with the high volume of emails we receive. If you input an incorrect address and the order is shipped, it should be returned to our warehouse and will be automatically refunded.
*Please note, we cannot edit a shipping address to a different state than the state listed at checkout.
Can I cancel, return, refund, or exchange my items/order?
All orders placed during the clearance sale from the clearance section are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so using our order edit/cancel link found in your order confirmation email within the first 72 hours of placing your order. If you want to cancel after 72 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the words CANCEL ORDER ##### in both the subject AND content of your email. We cannot guarantee cancellation, but do our best to accommodate these requests. Once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it.
If an order is placed using rewards points and you choose to cancel the order, rewards will be automatically added back to your account within 24-72 hours. If your points are not added back to your account after 72 hours, please make sure to email us at email@example.com
Will Route be available during the sale?
Route will be turned off during the July clearance sale. Should you have any issues with your order in transit or once it has arrived, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days so our customer service team can assist you.
Can I use more than one discount code/shop credit/rewards code at a time?
Discount codes, shop credits, and rewards cannot be combined. However, you may use your rewards points towards your order total.
The clearance section will not require a discount code on 7/22 - 7/23, so you may use credits/rewards during that time.
We are not able to apply rewards to your order retroactively. Please make sure the desired discount is applied prior to payment.
If I check out using a different email then my Rewards account email, can I have those moved?
Unfortunately, no. Please make sure you are signed in to the account you want the rewards points to be associated with, as we are not able honor requests to alter the points/purchases made with the incorrect email.
Can I combine a discount code and gift card?
Yes, you may use a discount code and a gift card at checkout.
Why can’t I find the gift wrapping/gift receipt option?
Due to high order volume, the gift wrap, gift message, and gift receipt option are removed during large sales to allow us to get all orders fulfilled as efficiently as possible.
Can I use Afterpay?
Yes. Please note that when using Afterpay, there is a higher risk of your items overselling.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 interest-free installments (due every two weeks). You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase and the remainder over time.
What size should I buy?
Please note that with the extended fulfillment timeframe, if your little one is on the verge of sizing up, we recommend proceeding with the next size, as clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange.
