Mother's Day FAQ

The Mother’s Day Sale Is Here

In addition to our terms of use and our exchanges + returns policy, please see the below terms applicable during Kyte BABY’s Mother's Day Sale.

-Sale starts Saturday, 5/7 at 10am CDT for the general public. Sale runs through 5/9 at 11:59pm CDT. Code will be automatically applied at checkout.

- Early Access is available for Silver and Gold members, starting Saturday, 5/7 at 9am CDT. Code will be emailed to members, and customers must be logged into their account to shop with the discount code (EARLYMOMSDAY). 

-Due to order volume, we cannot combine orders.

- Only one discount code may be used per order. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be combined with any other offer, including our rewards program.

- Orders may take up to four weeks to ship.

- Kyte BABY currently offers free shipping to US orders over $85, to Canada over $135, and worldwide over $300. In order to qualify for free rewards shipping, your total AFTER discounts and BEFORE taxes must equal $60USD or higher (US) and $90USD or higher (Canada). 

- If you need to edit your shipping address, please email us ASAP and include the correct address within your email inquiry. We do our best to honor these requests, but it is not always possible with the high volume of emails we receive. If you input an incorrect address and the order is shipped, your order will be processed as a return for refund when it arrives back at our warehouse.

- If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@kytebaby.com with the words CANCEL ORDER ##### in both the subject AND content of your email. We cannot guarantee cancellation, but do our best to accommodate these requests. Once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it.

- Due to high order volume, the VIP shipping, gift wrap, gift message, and gift receipt option are removed during large sales to allow us to fulfill all orders as efficiently as possible.
