We hope you love everything you order, like so many of our customers do! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return anything, except for FINAL SALE items, that you purchased from www.kytebaby.com within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund.
You may make a return for a full refund including original shipping cost, if the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags. Please complete our Return Authorization Form and include it in your return with the original receipt within 30 days.
If you would like a size exchange, please RETURN your items for a full refund including original shipping cost and place a new order.
We do not accept returns without a receipt from www.kytebaby.com, a Return Authorization Form or after 30 days from receipt of purchase.
The customer is responsible for providing and paying for the shipping label on returns back to our warehouse. Include your receipt, Return Authorization Form and ship the item(s) to the following address:

We process returns within 1 week of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE: If your item arrived damaged or became defective in any way within 6 months, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
If you purchased from a third party vendor i.e., Amazon, buybuyBaby or a local boutique, the customer must return the product to that store according to their return/exchange policy.
In the event a product is sold out, Kyte BABY has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
