Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order, like so many of our customers do! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return anything, except for FINAL SALE items, that you purchased from www.kytebaby.com within 30 days of purchase. 

Please review our return policies below and when you are ready you can visit our return portal to receive your return label.

RETURN:

For a full refund we ask that items be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags and returned within 30 days of purchase. We do charge a flat $7.50 shipping cost to return the item this amount is deducted from the amount returned to you.

Returns can be refunded to original method of payment or for store credit. We process returns within 1 week of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package. 

International Returns: We will send your return label within 48 hours of receiving your request for return. 

EXCHANGE:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please RETURN your items for a refund and place a new order. 

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE:

If your item arrived damaged or became defective in any way within 6 months, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to info@kytebaby.com.

Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

If you purchased from a third party vendor i.e., Amazon, Buy Buy Baby or a local boutique, the customer must return the product to that store according to their return/exchange policy.  

In the event a product is sold out, Kyte BABY has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order, or if the entire order is sold out, cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
