This page contains Kyte Baby, LLC terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions and policies carefully before ordering any Kyte Baby product. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the information below.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are confirmed at checkout.
Please note that local charges may occur after checkout, especially for Canadian and overseas orders, where additional taxes and duties may apply. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING RATES: Kyte Baby currently offers free shipping to US orders over $85, to Canada over $135 USD, and worldwide over $200 USD. Please note that local charges may occur at customer’s expense, especially for Canadian and overseas orders, where additional duties and taxes may apply.
Kyte Baby charges flat rate shipping fees on all other orders:
- $7.50 for US orders under $85 USD
- $15 for Canadian orders under $135 USD
- $20 for international orders under $200 USD
We reserve the right to not ship to certain areas, in the event that shipping charges are too costly.
Free and VIP Shipping options will be unavailable during our Semi-Annual Sale event.
SHIPPING METHODS: We ship using USPS or FedEx for domestic and international orders. International customers are responsible for paying all taxes and duties, should they occur when their local post office delivers the package.
We ship domestic orders via DHL. Canadian orders are shipped via a consolidated shipment to our associates in Canada, then shipped to you via Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number that will become active when scanned by Canada Post. Keep in mind that international orders will take longer to receive than domestic shipping times.
ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIME: REGULAR PRICED ORDERS depart from our warehouse within 3-5 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). Please choose “VIP” at checkout for faster fulfillment time. If you have any special shipping instructions or requests, be sure to email them immediately, along with your order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Selecting VIP Fulfillment at checkout for orders placed before noon CST, will be fulfilled and receive a tracking number the same day. All orders placed after noon CST will be fulfilled and receive a tracking number by end of next business day. It is not overnight shipping and the fulfillment period does not include time in transit. This option is unavailable during high volume periods and you will not see it at checkout. Please note VIP Fulfillment charge is not eligible for refund after the order is processed and shipped.

SHIPPING DURING SALES/LAUNCHES: Purchases made during large releases may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and packaged before shipment and/or sales may take up to 4 weeks to be processed and packaged before shipment.
During sales, we are unable to change shipping addresses or combine shipping on multiple orders.
Items may be restocked or further marked down during the sale. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made before a restock or further markdown.
Kyte Baby reserves the right to refund any purchase.
To cancel or edit your order, please log into your Kyte Baby account and select your order number within your order history. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will be able to edit or cancel your order. You can also access the order edit feature from your order confirmation email. Please note that when selecting edit/cancel your order will be cancelled/refunded and stock can sell out during the editing process. When you select edit, your cart will be reloaded with your previous items, but cannot be guaranteed for checkout again.
Unfortunately, if you want to make any changes (add something, remove something, change your address, or cancel your order) outside of the 24-hour purchase window, we are unable accommodate these requests. If you’d like to add something to your order, please place an additional order, and be aware that we are unable to combine orders.
Note: Order edit/cancel is not available during sales or launches.
We hope you love everything you order, like so many of our customers do! Items are eligible for a refund or exchange on regular priced items within 45 days of purchase. We ask that items be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags. A fee of $7.50 is charged for returns if you choose to receive store credit this fee is waived. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned/exchanged please contact customer service at email@example.com if you have any issues with a final sale item.
Please review our return policies below, and when you are ready, you can visit our return portal to receive your return label.
RETURNS: We require that all returns are initiated within 45 days from the date marked delivered. Returns can be refunded to the original method of payment or for store credit. For all returns requesting a refund to the original payment method, there is a flat rate $7.50 processing/restocking fee that is deducted from the amount returned to you. This fee is waived if you wish to receive store credit, or a direct exchange completed via our return portal.
We process returns within 3 weeks of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.
International Returns (From Outside the US and Canada): Customer will be responsible for the return fees.
EXCHANGE: Need to exchange for a different size or color? Thanks to the new features within our return portal, you can exchange an item for a different size, color, or a new product, free of charge. Here are some of the available options:
- Select a different size
- Select our "Shop Now" feature to choose a different size and color
- Select our "Shop Now" feature to choose a different product completely
After you have completed your exchange on our portal, make sure to drop off the returning item with the correct carrier as soon as possible. Your exchanged item will not be processed until the tracking information reflects that the item has been dropped off with the carrier. We cannot guarantee inventory during this time frame, and in the event your new item goes out of stock, you will be contacted directly by our customer service team.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable
Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
If you purchased from a third party vendor i.e., Amazon, buybuyBaby, or a local boutique, the customer must return the product to that store, according to their return/exchange policy.
In the event a product is sold out, Kyte Baby has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order. If the entire order is sold out, Kyte BABY has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Should your package be returned to us by the postal carrier for any reason (such as incorrect addresses, abandoned parcel, unable to deliver, etc…) we will cancel the order and a full refund will be provided.
If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer’s defect within 3 months from the date the item is marked delivered, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by postal carrier. Should the item be a clearance item you will only be issued the amount paid for the item.
FABRIC DISCLAIMER AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Kyte Baby fabrics are 97% rayon of bamboo and 3% spandex. Kyte Baby guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, fabric thinning, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. Please contact email@example.com if you believe you have received a defective product.
When washing any of your baby’s clothes, think less is more. You want to use a detergent that doesn’t contain any fragrances, dyes, or other extras that can irritate your baby’s sensitive skin. You also want to avoid anything that has optical brighteners. A nice, gentle cleaner is all that is needed, and please do not use bleach. A harsher detergent can leave residues that can cause irritation or strip the fabric’s softness. You can add white vinegar to the wash as a natural fabric softener.
This is the best way to wash your bamboo clothing:
- Cold water
- Delicate cycle
- Turn off agitator if that is an option
- With like fabrics (bamboo only)
- Layette should be washed inside out, zipped/buttoned up to decrease pilling
- Sleep bags should NOT be washed inside out, but should be zipped up completely to protect the inner quilting
Kyte Baby does not recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry. Open your sleep bags completely and point a fan towards them to help drying time indoors.
Kyte Baby is not responsible for damages that may occur during your wash routine and/or stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, tough scrubbing, etc. may weaken/discolor/damage the fabric and is not considered a manufacturer defect covered under our replacement warranty.
We are required by law to collect sales tax in certain states where we've reached "economic nexus" (meaning our revenue for that state has passed a certain threshold). Taxes are charged at checkout by our tax software according to your local retail tax laws. Calculation is based on the item(s) sold and the delivery zip. You may see multiple types of taxes charged on your order, these are based on your local retail tax laws. For more information please review your local retail tax laws.
We are required to collect sales tax in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. We may begin collecting taxes in other states as required according to the states local tax laws.
Alabama Online Statement for Tax CollectionSeller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer's behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller's program account number is SSU-R011043351.
Kyte Baby reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.

Please ensure you are following all safety guidelines before and while using any of our products. Kyte Baby is currently compliant with The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
Kyte Baby may store information you enter on our site during the creation of a customer account, inquiry submissions, purchases, promotion participation, or registration for our newsletter. You may choose to not provide certain personal information, but this may limit your ability to use certain aspects of the site.
Kyte Baby will use your inputted information to improve the quality of our services, notify you of specials and promotions, and enhance and personalize your shopping experience.
Kyte Baby will NOT share your information with any other parties, except in the following situations:
- When you have given your express consent
- If required by law, or if Kyte Baby determines in good faith that such action is necessary to conform to applicable laws or comply with any legal or regulatory requirement
in the event of a business transfer to any successor
- With agents and people employed by Kyte Baby to perform tasks on our behalf, such as providing customer service, processing credit card transactions, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, analyzing data, and sending e-mail and postal mail
