Sale Details
Each sale will run from Friday, 10:00 AM CDT to Saturday, 10:00 AM CDT! If you live in a different time zone, make sure to account for the time change so you don’t miss out. Our sales go strictly by Central time! Early access starting at 9:00 AM CDT will be sent via email to our Silver, Gold, and Platinum Members. Make sure you are signed up for email notifications and to check your inbox at 9 am CDT.
If you’re an avid Kyte fan and familiar with our Rewards system, you may have already reached the Silver, Gold or Platinum tier in your membership. If so, we’ve got great news for you: you get early access to the sales! You will be emailed a code that will allow you to enter the sale at 9:00 AM CST, which means you get first pick and don’t have to worry as much about sizes or products selling out!
Orders that contain sale items will take up to 2 weeks to depart from our warehouse.
Orders containing only regular priced items will ship from our warehouse within 3-7 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier).
Unfortunately, we do not allow discount codes to be stacked on our website. Since only one code can be applied at a time, you will not be able to use both the rewards code and the sale discount code.
No, discounts will not be retroactively applied. The discount received will be the discount active at the time of purchase only. Items placed before or after that time period will not be valid for a different discounted price.
No, once an order is placed you may cancel your order but we are unable to accommodate order combining requests at this time. Each order must meet the minimum shipping threshold to ship for free, and orders where shipping was paid will not be reimbursed due to subsequent orders being placed.
No, items purchased during our Black Friday sales will be eligible for returns/exchanges.
