- Will I receive rewards points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?
- You will receive points for purchases made from 9/1/20 and forward associated with your email used at checkout.
- When do I receive my points?
- Points will reflect on your account once order has been marked as fulfilled in our system
- How long does my rewards status last?
- Once you are in Silver or Gold status, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)! We operate off a rolling year status program.
- When do my rewards points expire?
- Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
- How do I get points for reviews?
- Reviews need to be verified before points can be awarded. Please use the review link you will receive by email a few weeks after purchase.
- Can I use more than one reward on a purchase?
- Unfortunately only one discount code can be applied at a time.
- Can I use rewards during sales?
- Any sale that requires a discount code at checkout will not be eligible for reward redemption as only one discount code can be applied at checkout. However, you are welcome to use your rewards during any promotion where a code is not necessary.
- Can I return my order if I redeemed reward points for a discount?
- Yes you can still return your order if you redeemed points towards the items. The points will be applied back to your account after the return is fully processed.
- What sort of promotions will I have Early Access to?
- Early Access to sitewide sales and select promotions will be granted to Silver and Gold status members. Limited inventory events like clearance sales will not be applicable for Early Access.
- What sort of launches will I have Early Access to?
- Early Access to major launches like Fall and Spring will be granted to Gold status members. Limited inventory events like LE launches will be excluded from Early Access.
- I am located in Canada, can I still earn and redeem points?
- Yes! As long as you have signed up for the rewards program you will start earning and redeeming points. Please note all points and redemptions are based in USD currency not CAD. The points you earn on an order are based on the USD value of your order not the CAD amount paid (you can use our currency selector to determine the USD value of items). For redeeming points the rewards will be based in USD and translated to the CAD value as determined by Shopify’s daily rate.
- Can I be removed from the Loyalty program?
- The perks of the reward program (early access, referrals, point redemption, etc) is a privilege earned by our most loyal customers and we love to offer this! Please note that if these benefits are abused (ie. purchasing only to resale at higher prices, multiple false referals, etc...) we do reserve the right to terminate access to rewards on a case by case basis.
- Do I get points for purchasing gift cards? Do Redeeming Gift Cards Lower my Points?
- Yes you do earn points on gift cards purchased. However, due to a shopify limitation when these gift cards are redeemed they lower the amount spent and, as a result, lower the amount of points earned.
