When will my REGULAR PRICED items ship? REGULAR PRICED Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). Please choose “VIP” shipping option at check-out for faster fulfillment time.

For orders placed during LARGE RELEASES it could take up to 2 weeks to be shipped from our warehouse and/or SALES EVENTS it could take up to 4 weeks to be shipped from our warehouse.

Standard Shipping Rates:

Kyte Baby is pleased to offer FREE shipping on US orders over $85 USD, Canadian orders over $180 USD, or international orders over $300 USD. For Silver and Gold members of our Rewards Program, FREE shipping minimums are $60 USD for US Customers and $90 USD for Canadian Customers. To learn more about our rewards program visit here.

Otherwise, our shipping rates are as follows.

$7.50 USD for US orders that are less than $85 USD

$20 USD for Canadian orders less than $180 USD

$35 USD for international orders under $300 USD

Priority Shipping - VIP Fulfillment Rates:

Selecting VIP Fulfillment at checkout for orders placed before noon CST, will ship the same day. All orders placed after noon CST will ship by end of next business day. It is not overnight shipping and the fulfillment period does not include time in transit. This option is unavailable during high volume periods and you will not see it at checkout.

Items are eligible for a refund or exchange on regular priced items within 45 days of purchase. We ask that items be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including tags. A fee of $7.50 is charged for returns for a refund, however, if you chose to receive store credit this fee is waived. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned please contact customer service at info@kytebaby.comif you have any issues with a final sale item.

Damage/Defective: If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturers defect within 3 months, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to info@kytebaby.com. All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by postal carrier. Should the item be a clearance item you will only be issued the amount paid for the item.
