Each sale will run from Friday, 10:00 AM CT to Saturday, 10:00 AM CT! If you live in a different time zone, make sure to account for the time change so you don’t miss out. Our sales go strictly by Central time! Early access starting at 9:00 AM CT will be sent via email to our Silver, Gold, and Platinum Members. Make sure you are signed up for email notifications and to check your inbox at 9 am CT.

Orders will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier).

Since only one code can be applied at a time, you will not be able to use both the rewards code and the sale discount code.

Once an order is placed, you are welcome to cancel it if needed, but we are unable to combine separate orders at this time. Each order must meet the minimum shipping threshold individually to qualify for free shipping. Please note that shipping costs for initial orders cannot be refunded, even if additional orders are placed later.

Items purchased during our Black Friday sales are eligible for returns/exchanges. To request a return label, enter your order information in the form on our returns page.

Discounts will not be retroactively applied. The discount received will be the discount active at the time of purchase only. Orders placed before or after that time period will not be valid for a different discounted price.
