Log in to your rewards account and then click on the rewards tab. Scroll down and click on the tab that says “Refer friends”. You will then see a pop-up with some quick share options as well as the option to copy your link to share anywhere.

When you receive a referral link, be sure to click and follow it to access your unique referral code. A pop-up will appear on the homepage displaying your code, which will begin with 'RAF-'. Copy that code and enter it at checkout when placing your first order.
If you receive an error message, please reach out to customer service at info@kytebaby.com prior to placing your order.
Points will show in your rewards history transactions immediately, but will not post as available for use until 7 days after the order date/time.

Yes, there are a few important restrictions to ensure referrals are valid. Referral codes will not generate if there is a matching IP address between you and the person who sent the referral.
For a referral to be considered successful, the new customer must not share the same billing address or IP address as the referrer or any existing customer.
Additionally, the new customer must spend a minimum of $40, excluding gift cards and the referral discount, for the referrer to receive the 2,000-point reward.
